Receptionist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and well-organized Receptionist to join our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of relevant experience, Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi are required to effectively interact with patients and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist patients and visitors in a courteous manner.
• Handle incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
• Schedule appointments and manage the front desk calendar.
• Maintain patient records and ensure documentation accuracy.
• Provide general administrative and clerical support.
• Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments as needed.
• Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a receptionist or front desk role.
• Hospital or healthcare experience is preferred.
• Proficient in English, Hindi, and Marathi (verbal and written).
• Good computer skills (MS Office, basic hospital software knowledge a plus).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
