Job Summary

Sahaj Hospital is looking for a courteous, organized, and patient-focused Front Desk Executive to manage reception operations and ensure a smooth patient experience. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing assistance with appointments, registrations, and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist patients and visitors in a professional and empathetic manner
  • Manage patient registrations, admissions, and appointment scheduling
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to inquiries
  • Maintain patient records and update hospital management systems
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments
  • Handle billing procedures and payment collections
  • Ensure reception area is clean and well-organized
  • Guide patients regarding hospital services and procedures

Requirements

  • Graduate in any discipline (Healthcare/Hospital Administration preferred)
  • 1–2 years experience in hospital/clinic reception preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, hospital software)
  • Ability to work in shifts
  • Well-groomed with a positive attitude
