Front Desk Executive

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet parents, students, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.

  • Provide complete guidance to prospective parents regarding the admission process.

  • Clearly explain the school curriculum, facilities, policies, and fee structure.

  • Manage admission inquiries received through phone calls, emails, WhatsApp, and walk-in visits.

  • Support parents in filling out application forms and ensure all required documents are properly collected.

  • Schedule admission tests, interviews, and appointments in coordination with relevant staff.

  • Maintain and regularly update the admission inquiry database and follow-up records.

  • Prepare admission-related reports for management and the accounts department.

  • Keep student admission files organized and ensure documentation is accurate and complete.

  • Coordinate with academic, HR, and accounts departments regarding admission-related matters.

  • Assist in organizing admission campaigns, school open days, and promotional events.

  • Maintain front desk discipline, visitor logs, and a welcoming environment.

  • Address parent concerns professionally and escalate matters when required.

  • Handle incoming calls, official emails, and general correspondence efficiently.

  • Ensure visitor records are properly maintained while following security procedures.


Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor’s or Honors degree in any discipline (Business Administration will be preferred).

Experience:

  • 2 to 3 years of relevant experience.

  • Candidates should have prior experience working in a school environment.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Good organizational and record-keeping abilities.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer operations.

  • Presentable personality with a professional attitude.
