Job Summary
We are looking for a well-organized and confident Front Desk Executive to handle front office operations for our construction company. The ideal candidate should be presentable, proactive, and able to manage visitors, contractors, clients, and internal teams efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, contractors, and vendors in a professional manner.
- Manage incoming phone calls and route them to the relevant departments/site teams.
- Maintain visitor logs, staff attendance registers, and record books.
- Handle incoming/outgoing couriers, documents, drawings, and material delivery slips.
- Support HR/Admin team with filing, documentation, data entry, and MIS updates.
- Coordinate with site engineers, procurement, accounts, and other departments when required.
- Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and arrange conference room bookings.
- Maintain front office cleanliness, stationery inventory, and office supplies.
- Assist with basic office operations such as preparing letters, scanning, and printing documents.
- Ensure smooth communication between head office and construction site teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive/Receptionist, preferably in a construction, real estate, or contracting company.
- Excellent communication skills (English, Hindi/Kannada as required).
- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable and professional personality.
- Ability to handle multiple stakeholders (vendors, clients, workers, engineers).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in construction company front office or admin role.
- Understanding of basic construction documentation (invoices, delivery challans, drawings) – added advantage.
