Job Summary:
We are seeking a courteous, professional, and well-groomed Front Desk Executive (Male) to manage the reception area at our multispecialty hospital in Kalyan. The candidate will be the first point of contact for patients, visitors, and vendors, ensuring smooth communication, patient registration, appointment scheduling, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist patients, visitors, and vendors in a polite and professional manner.
- Handle patient inquiries and guide them to the appropriate departments/doctors.
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and billing coordination.
- Operate the hospital’s front desk systems including phone lines, appointment software, and visitor logs.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
- Ensure reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Handle cash/online payments and issue receipts (if applicable).
- Manage inbound/outbound calls, emails, and courier services.
- Assist in administrative support tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Gender: Male (as per hospital requirement)
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably Commerce / Hospitality / Healthcare Administration).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in hospital front office / reception or customer service.
- Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of hospital management systems (HMS) and MS Office.
- Pleasant personality, professional grooming, and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Flexibility to work in rotational shifts (including weekends/public holidays).

Salary Range:
₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (depending on experience and qualifications)
