About the Role
Coworker is seeking a Front Desk & Marketing Executive to serve as the first point of contact for members, guests, and visitors while supporting the day-to-day operations of the space. This role combines customer service, community engagement, administrative coordination, and communication to ensure a seamless experience for Coworker members and visitors.
Key ResponsibilitiesFront Desk & Customer Experience

Welcome members, guests, and visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries, requests, and support.

Ensure a positive customer experience and maintain a welcoming atmosphere within the space.

Support the onboarding process for new members and guests.

Handle workspace and meeting room inquiries and follow up with potential customers.
Operations & Booking Management

Manage meeting room and workspace bookings and maintain accurate booking records.

Coordinate schedules to ensure smooth daily operations.

Track inquiries, leads, and pending bookings through organized reporting tools.

Support the planning and execution of events, meetups, and community activities when required.
Communication & Marketing Support

Respond promptly and professionally to WhatsApp, social media, and other customer inquiries.

Assist with customer communication across multiple channels.

Support the promotion of events, workshops, and community initiatives.

Capture basic content during events and assist with community engagement activities.

Escalate partnership opportunities or critical customer issues to the relevant stakeholders.
Facility Management & Reporting

Monitor the overall presentation, cleanliness, and functionality of the space.

Identify and report maintenance or operational issues related to internet, furniture, air conditioning, supplies, or customer experience.

Coordinate with suppliers and service providers when necessary.

Prepare regular operational and maintenance reports.
Community Engagement

Support the growth and engagement of the Coworker community.

Encourage participation in events and ecosystem activities.

Gather customer feedback and share insights to improve the member experience.
Requirements-
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
