Puyana Plastic Surgery is a high-end, innovative, and rapidly growing aesthetic plastic surgery practice seeking a professional, warm, and highly organized Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator. This role is the first and lasting impression of our practice and is essential in delivering a luxury, five-star patient experience from the moment patients arrive.
Position Summary
The Front Desk / Patient Experience Coordinator is responsible for welcoming patients, maintaining an organized and professional front office, confirming appointments, and supporting patient communication both in person and through digital channels. When available, this role may also assist with occasional follow-up on patient leads, helping ensure timely and professional responses while maintaining a patient-first approach.
