Front Desk Manager

Lahore, Pakistan

  • Receive and handle all landline & mobile calls, ensuring client satisfaction
  • Manage appointment scheduling from all sources (walk-ins, WhatsApp, media, etc.), with confirmations, diary updates, and timely follow-ups
  • Greet clients warmly on arrival & departure; maintain reception area clean, tidy, and welcoming
  • Provide service/price/discount information clearly (via WhatsApp when needed), suggest packages according to client budget
  • Assist with upselling add-ons and consultation; generate invoices & slips with customer approval
  • Maintain accurate client records in software (name, contact, etc.), ensure up-to-date product pricing and inventory in system
  • Handle customer complaints sensitively, track their resolution, report feedback monthly
  • Coordinate with Floor Manager & other leadership for staffing, asset usage, and client flow management

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented with ability to multitask
  • Able to work under pressure, with professionalism and poise
  • Familiarity with basic invoice / software systems preferred
  • Strong customer service / hospitality mindset
