Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk area. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management and excellent guest service skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the front desk operations
- Supervise front desk staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere
- Oversee night audit procedures and ensure accuracy in billing and reporting
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs effectively
- Maintain knowledge of hotel services, local attractions, and events to provide accurate information to guests
Skills:
- Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in using phone systems and other office equipment
- Ability to handle guest relations with professionalism and tact
- Fluency in English; bilingual proficiency is a plus
- Knowledge of front desk procedures and guest services
