Front Desk Manager

Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative process. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
  • Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
  • Utilize computer systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and client management.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles.
  • Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
  • Experience with Opera PMS is required
  • Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
  • Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Manager or Supervisor is required.
  • Strong clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
