Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated Front Desk Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk team. This role is essential in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth administrative process. The ideal candidate will possess strong office management skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, ensuring efficient workflow and excellent customer service.
- Supervise and train front desk staff, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Handle administrative tasks including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a welcoming environment for clients.
- Utilize computer systems for appointment scheduling, billing, and client management.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
- Assist in maintaining inventory of office supplies and equipment.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients and staff.
- Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and office management software.
- Experience with Opera PMS is required
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail.
- Bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
- Previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Manager or Supervisor is required.
- Strong clerical skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
