Front Desk Manager

We are seeking an experienced, service-focused Front Desk Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to lead front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily front desk operations and guest service functions
  • Lead, train, and motivate front desk team members
  • Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally
  • Manage scheduling. and shift coverage for the front desk team
  • Monitor hotel standards, policies, and procedures
  • Assist with upselling opportunities, and overall guest satisfaction scores
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations

Qualifications:

  • Previous hotel front desk supervisory or management experience required
  • Preferred experience with Hilton brand standards and systems
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
  • Proficient with hotel property management systems
  • Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
