Front Desk Manager
We are seeking an experienced, service-focused Front Desk Manager to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a passion for guest service, and the ability to lead front desk operations in a fast-paced hotel environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front desk operations and guest service functions
- Lead, train, and motivate front desk team members
- Ensure exceptional guest experiences and resolve guest concerns professionally
- Manage scheduling. and shift coverage for the front desk team
- Monitor hotel standards, policies, and procedures
- Assist with upselling opportunities, and overall guest satisfaction scores
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance to ensure smooth hotel operations
Qualifications:
- Previous hotel front desk supervisory or management experience required
- Preferred experience with Hilton brand standards and systems
- Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment
- Proficient with hotel property management systems
- Open availability, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required
