We're looking for a highly organized, personable, and motivated Front Desk Manager to be the face of our salon. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building relationships with clients, and loves keeping operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Creating an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out
• Managing the salon's appointment schedule and coordinating stylists' books
• Answering phones, emails, and client inquiries
• Overseeing daily front desk operations
• Assisting with salon management and administrative tasks
• Managing inventory and placing product orders
• Preparing weekly and monthly reports
• Attending monthly team meetings
• Shampooing guests when needed
• Assisting with laundry and maintaining a clean, organized salon
• Supporting salon marketing and social media efforts
• Helping ensure the salon operates efficiently each day

Qualifications:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Leadership mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Social media experience
• Salon, hospitality, or customer service experience is a plus
• Willing to train the right candidate who is eager to learn and grow
