Who We’re Looking For

We’re not hiring just a receptionist, we are looking for someone eager to grow into a career. This entry-level role is perfect for a recent college graduate or someone early in their professional journey who has strong energy, excellent communication skills, and the ability to move quickly in a high-paced environment. A marketing or digital skillset (social media, Canva, AI tools, content creation) is a huge plus. If you love being the first point of contact, enjoy keeping things organized, and want a role where no two days are the same, this may be the right fit for you.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first face and voice of KWLV: answer phones, greet guests, and provide a “Nordstrom’s-level” client experience.
  • Support executives and the controller with administrative tasks and data entry.
  • Assist with agent/client outreach and communication.
  • Contribute to marketing efforts, including social media posts, flyers, digital content and utilize AI (training provided).
  • Help plan and coordinate office events, classes, and meetings.
  • Maintain the professional appearance and quality control of the office daily.

Qualifications

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • Fast learner with the ability to adapt quickly.
  • Customer service experience preferred.
  • Tech-savvy; experience with marketing, social media, or AI tools a plus.
  • Able to lift up to 25 lbs.

Job Details

  • Full-time, in-office (Las Vegas, NV)
  • Salary: $15.00 – $17.00 per hour
  • Expected Hours: 40 per week 8am - 5pm
