Front Desk Officer

Sargodha, Pakistan

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and attend to walk-in customers in a professional manner.
  • Record and enter customer complaints accurately in the system/register.
  • Respond to walk-in customer queries and provide basic information about services.
  • Maintain an updated list of all complaints on a daily basis.
  • Share the compiled complaint list with the Branch Manager for resolution.
  • Keep a proper record of complaint statuses (open/closed/resolved).
  • Ensure smooth communication between customers and technical staff.
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception/customer service desk.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
  • 1–2 years of customer service or front desk experience (fresh graduates may also apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, data entry skills).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
