Position Available: Front Desk Officer
Location: Civic Center, Bahria Town, Phase 4 , Islamabad

Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and personable Front Desk Officer to join our team in Islamabad. This role plays a key part in creating a positive first impression for clients and visitors. The ideal candidate should have strong customer service skills, an approachable attitude, and the ability to manage front desk operations efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clear, accurate information.
  • Manage scheduling for appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized, presentable front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain records of visitor traffic and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to support smooth communication and service delivery.
  • Provide administrative support as required.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an office environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tools.
  • Professional attitude, punctuality, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Preference will be given to applicants living nearby.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
