Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
- Handle courier dispatch and receipt, and manage office supplies at the front desk.
- Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or intermediate (preferred).
- 0–2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment operations.
Note: Females are prefered for this role.
