Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages; direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain visitor logs, appointment schedules, and meeting room bookings.
  • Handle courier dispatch and receipt, and manage office supplies at the front desk.
  • Provide basic administrative support such as filing, data entry, and document handling.
  • Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or intermediate (preferred).
  • 0–2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and office equipment operations.

Note: Females are prefered for this role.
