Position Available: Front Desk Officer

Location: DHA Phase 7 Karachi

Job Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and friendly Front Desk Officer to join our team in ISB. This role is crucial in creating a positive first impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a proactive attitude to ensure smooth daily operations at the front desk.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries with clear and accurate information.
  • Manage the scheduling of appointments and meetings.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all materials are stocked and presentable.
  • Handle correspondence and maintain records related to visitor traffic and inquiries.
  • Collaborate with other departments to facilitate effective communication and service delivery.
  • Assist in administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Education: Minimum Bachelor's degree from a recognized institution.
  • Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in a front desk or customer service role, preferably in an office environment..

Pay: From Rs40,000.00 per month
