We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the reception area and greet visitors, employees, and candidates professional
  • Handle all admin-related queries and ensure timely resolution or proper escalation.
  • Manage and issue hair coupons, gate passes, and maintain relevant logs.
  • Assist HR by attending candidates, guiding them for interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
  • Maintain visitor records, candidate logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.
  • Handle incoming calls, messages, and forward queries to the relevant departments.
  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and Admin functions.
  • Ensure front desk cleanliness, discipline, and smooth flow of operations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month
