We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support across departments. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional attitude, and the ability to multitask efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area and greet visitors, employees, and candidates professional
- Handle all admin-related queries and ensure timely resolution or proper escalation.
- Manage and issue hair coupons, gate passes, and maintain relevant logs.
- Assist HR by attending candidates, guiding them for interviews, and coordinating interview schedules.
- Maintain visitor records, candidate logs, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- Handle incoming calls, messages, and forward queries to the relevant departments.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to HR and Admin functions.
- Ensure front desk cleanliness, discipline, and smooth flow of operations.
Requirements
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in front desk or administrative roles (fresh candidates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities.
- Professional appearance and customer-service mindset.
