  • Greet people entering the building, answer any questions, provide directions, and alert staff when someone is there to meet or visit them for the purpose of ensuring that guests sign in/out after the meeting.
  • Answer a multiple line phone system, manage calls by routing them to the proper extensions or taking messages and delivering them with departments.
  • Maintains a variety of attendance manual records, files, and databases for faculty teachers for class attendance.
  • To operate a Reception area that promotes a professional image of the Campus at all times.
  • Distributes incoming correspondence to appropriate office personnel, students, or faculty by receiving, sorting, and routing correspondence according to prescribed office procedures and guidelines
  • Performs record keeping and general functions (e.g. scheduling interviews, departmental callings, etc.) for the purpose of providing information or materials as needed.
  • Ensure the front desk is neat, presentable, and equipped with all the necessary supplies such as pens, forms, and study paper notes.
  • Accept all letters related to DSPL and packages, and distribute them to their appropriate departments.
  • Make out-bound calls as instructed by the relevant department Manager for DSPL purposes, maintaining records of it and providing updates to the Manager.
  • Supervision of the Library.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month
