Front Desk Officer

We are seeking a full-time Front Desk Officer to join our dynamic team at our on-site office in Karachi.

The Front Desk Officer will be responsible for managing front desk operations, welcoming visitors, handling incoming calls and correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication within the office. The role also includes maintaining visitor records, coordinating meetings, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to various departments.

Qualifications:

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and welcoming attitude

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic administrative tools

* Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities

* Ability to handle calls, emails, and visitor management efficiently

* Professional appearance with a customer service-oriented approach

* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities

* Detail-oriented with strong time management skills

* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field preferred

* Previous experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role is an advantage, but not mandatory

Requirements:

* Female candidates only

Location: DHA Phase 7, Karachi

Shift Timings: Night Shift (9:00 PM – 6:00 AM)

Salary Package: Market-competitive

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Karachi Defence Housing Society: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Front Desk Officer: 1 year (Preferred)
