Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and greeting visitors.
- Handling incoming calls (multi-line phone system), promptly directing them to management and relevant departments.
- Assisting the administrative management team with various tasks.
- Supporting the organization of meetings, negotiations, and corporate events.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Well-groomed, presentable, strictly adhering to business attire
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); organizing files, and performing data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
