Front Desk Officer (FDO)- Gulshan Campus

Job Description:
The Seeds School is looking for a confident and well-presented Front Desk Officer (Female) for our Gulshan Campus. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for parents and visitors and should be able to handle front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a welcoming school environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet parents, visitors, and guests in a polite and professional manner
  • Handle parent dealing, queries, and walk-ins effectively
  • Attend phone calls and respond to inquiries promptly
  • Coordinate with administration, academics, and management as required
  • Maintain front desk records, registers, and visitor logs
  • Support admission-related queries and basic documentation
  • Ensure discipline, confidentiality, and professional conduct at the front desk

Requirements:

  • Female candidate only
  • Must be presentable and well-groomed
  • Fluent in spoken and written English
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage parents calmly and professionally
  • Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email handling)
  • Prior experience in a school or front desk role will be preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs25,000.00 - Rs40,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
