ABFA Technologies – SEO Training Institute is hiring a Front Desk Officer (Female) to manage admissions and front desk operations. The candidate should be confident, well-presented, and capable of assisting students and visitors with professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and guide visitors, students, and parents at the reception
- Provide admission details and assist students with course information
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
- Maintain admission records and follow up with prospective students
- Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth daily operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant personality with professional attitude
- Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
