ABFA Technologies – SEO Training Institute is hiring a Front Desk Officer (Female) to manage admissions and front desk operations. The candidate should be confident, well-presented, and capable of assisting students and visitors with professionalism.

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and guide visitors, students, and parents at the reception
  • Provide admission details and assist students with course information
  • Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries
  • Maintain admission records and follow up with prospective students
  • Coordinate with faculty and management for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

  • Minimum Intermediate (Bachelor’s preferred)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Pleasant personality with professional attitude
  • Prior experience in a similar role will be an advantage
  • Female candidates only
