Reception & Communication
- Greet visitors and employees warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide appropriate directions or assistance.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; ensure they are directed to the appropriate individuals or departments.
- Maintain a courteous, professional, and approachable demeanor in all forms of communication.
Administrative Support
- Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
- Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, and photocopying, as needed.
HR Support Functions
- Support HR team activities, including recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations.
- Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.
- Help manage employee documentation, including attendance records, leave requests, and benefit files.
Employee Engagement
- Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
- Organize internal events, celebrations, and employee recognition initiatives.
- Support efforts to promote the company’s mission, values, and culture throughout the organization.
Confidentiality & Compliance
- Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.
Additional Responsibilities
- Undertake other administrative duties as delegated by the HR team.
- Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.
