Front Desk Officer (Female)

Lahore, Pakistan

Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, and photocopying, as needed

Reception & Communication

  • Greet visitors and employees warmly, respond to inquiries, and provide appropriate directions or assistance.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and messages; ensure they are directed to the appropriate individuals or departments.
  • Maintain a courteous, professional, and approachable demeanor in all forms of communication.

Administrative Support

  • Oversee the reception area, ensuring it remains clean, organized, and welcoming.
  • Maintain and update records, files, and databases with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Perform general administrative duties, including data entry, scanning, and photocopying, as needed.

HR Support Functions

  • Support HR team activities, including recruitment processes, onboarding, and employee relations.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating training sessions, workshops, and other HR-related events.
  • Help manage employee documentation, including attendance records, leave requests, and benefit files.

Employee Engagement

  • Contribute to creating a positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplace culture.
  • Organize internal events, celebrations, and employee recognition initiatives.
  • Support efforts to promote the company’s mission, values, and culture throughout the organization.

Confidentiality & Compliance

  • Handle sensitive employee information with strict confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and applicable regulatory standards.

Additional Responsibilities

  • Undertake other administrative duties as delegated by the HR team.
  • Contribute to special projects and organizational initiatives as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs30,000.00 - Rs35,000.00 per month
