Qualifications:

• Intermediate or above

Experience:

• 1–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in a corporate environment

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and conversational English skills
• Excellent customer service and guest handling abilities
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic administrative tasks
• Strong telephone etiquette and call handling skills
• Ability to manage front desk operations and multitask efficiently
