Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented FDO – Billing to manage billing operations and ensure accuracy in invoicing and account reconciliations. You will handle billing inquiries and maintain accurate records, working closely with Finance, Customer Support, and Operations teams.

Responsibilities

  • Reconcile billing discrepancies and resolve issues in coordination with relevant teams
  • Handle billing-related inquiries from customers via phone or email
  • Maintain accurate records of billing transactions and adjustments
  • Update customer information in billing systems and CRM software
  • Prepare periodic billing reports and summaries for management

Requirements (Males only)

  • High school diploma; BSc/BA.
  • Experience in billing, or customer service role
  • Knowledge of billing software or CRM tools
  • Good numerical and analytical skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in processing invoices and records
  • Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs48,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
