Front Desk Officer (Females Only)

Location: PECHS Block 6, Karachi
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: PKR 30,000 – 35,000 per month

Job Summary

We are looking for a professional and customer-oriented Front Desk Officer to manage front desk operations and assist with daily administrative tasks. Candidates living near PECHS / Mehmoodabad will be preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors, manage walk-ins, and handle incoming phone calls
• Handle courier management and maintain related logs/records
• Prepare and send quotations as required
• Print invoices and delivery challans
• Maintain front office filing and documentation
• Provide general administrative and clerical support

Requirements

• Intermediate or Graduate
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a Front Desk Officer/Receptionist
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Excel and basic computer operations
• Presentable, organized, punctual, and able to multitask
