Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and courteous Front Desk Executive with experience in hospital front desk operations, including patient admissions and emergency counter handling. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills and the ability to manage patient queries efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle patient admissions and registration processes.
- Manage the emergency counter and assist patients and attendants promptly.
- Guide patients regarding hospital services, departments, and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
- Coordinate with medical and administrative staff for smooth patient flow.
- Handle incoming calls and respond to patient inquiries professionally.
- Ensure a welcoming and supportive environment for patients and visitors.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a hospital front desk, admission desk, or emergency counter.
- Education: Intermediate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Basic computer knowledge.
