As a Front Desk Officer for our US-based project, you will be responsible for handling patient inquiries and providing professional support over calls and digital communication channels.
- Answer incoming calls from patients in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, appointments, and general information
- Schedule, reschedule, and manage patient appointments accurately
- Maintain and update patient records in the system
- Handle email correspondence and follow up with patients when required
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve patient concerns
- Ensure high-quality customer service and patient satisfaction
- Manage call logs and maintain proper documentation
- Handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Maintain confidentiality of patient information (HIPAA compliance awareness is a plus)
Required Qualifications
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills in English (mandatory)
- Good spoken English with a neutral or clear accent (preferred for US calls)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Email handling)
- Professional attitude with a customer-focused approach
- Good time management and multitasking abilities
- Ability to handle calls patiently and efficiently
Preferred Experience
- 1 year of experience in call center, reception, or customer service roles
- Experience in handling international (especially US-based) customers is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare or patient support services is an advantage
