Front Desk Officern- Female (Receptionist)

Are you a friendly, organized, and customer-oriented individual? We're seeking a Front Desk Officer to join our team and be the face of our organization in delivering exceptional customer service.

Location: Gulshan e Iqbal, Karachi

Timing: 10am to 7pm - Full time

Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Job posting, screening and Interview calling.
  • Handle inquiries and provide information about our products/services.
  • Manage the reception area and ensure it is clean and organized.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
