In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in interacting with both new and existing patients, managing appointments, and collaborating closely with our US-based staff to ensure smooth clinical operations.
Position Overview:
As a Patient Care Coordinator, you'll serve as the first point of contact for our patients, delivering outstanding service and support.
Responsibilities:
- Patient Communication:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls and emails from patients, addressing inquiries and providing information about our cosmetic procedures with professionalism.
- Cultivate strong relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met and questions are answered promptly and accurately.
- Issue Resolution:
- Resolve patient issues, complaints, and requests promptly and efficiently, prioritizing patient satisfaction above all else.
- Escalate complex problems to appropriate staff members and follow up to ensure swift resolutions.
- Record Management:
- Maintain meticulous and up-to-date records of patient interactions and appointments in our database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service or patient care role preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to handling patient inquiries and concerns.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, with a focus on achieving collective goals.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and databases to manage patient records and appointments.
- Any courses related to Dermatology, Aesthetics and Cosmetic Procedures.
