Front Desk Receptionist

About the Role:
The Front Desk Receptionist is the first point of contact for visitors, members, and partners of Do it Best. This role requires a welcoming, professional presence and a tenacious drive to deliver excellent service every day. The ideal candidate will be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and resourceful, with strong computer skills (including Google Suite) and the ability to problem-solve while maintaining high standards of accuracy, efficiency, and timeliness.

Responsibilities include:
- Operate the main switchboard and route calls to appropriate staff
- Answer visitor questions about company and respective programs/services
- Help oversee safety and general appearance of lobby area
- Greet all visitors professionally, answer questions, and ensure access protocols are followed.
- Coordinate company vehicle and rental schedules
- Ensure reports are updated in a timely manner and mailed when necessary
- Help out other departments with general clerical projects/tasks as needed
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma
- Demonstrated familiarity using standard business computer applications
- Previous experience in clerical or receptionist duties
