  • We are seeking a friendly, organized, and dedicated Receptionist to join our team as a Client Concierge.
  • In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our pet parents, providing outstanding customer service by answering questions, handling reservations, and guiding clients through tours of our facility.
  • You will confirm pet and client details, communicate instructions clearly to staff, and assist clients in choosing products from our boutique.
  • Your empathetic approach and attention to detail will ensure our clients leave confident that their pets are in good hands.
  • Additionally, you will manage client accounts, check pets in/out, and keep the lobby tidy, all while maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere.

Job Duties

  • Answer phones and respond to emails promptly.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about services and policies.
  • Give tours of the facility to potential and new clients.
  • Create and update client accounts and profiles.
  • Make reservations and schedule services.
  • Check pets in and out, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Communicate client instructions and pet needs to team members.
  • Log belongings, instructions, and create Suite Cards.
  • Maintain a clean, organized work area.
  • Send updates and messaging to pet parents as needed.
  • Assist in boutique sales and product recommendations.

  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
  • Independent critical thinking and problem-solving ability.
  • Friendly, positive attitude with a cooperative spirit.
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment with multiple client interactions.
  • Quick typing and proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Docs.
  • Willingness to learn scripts for tours and phone calls.
  • Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented.
  • Experience in customer service (minimum 2 years) and animal care (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
