Job Title: Front Desk Executive

Location: Andheri East – MIDC
Experience: 1–3 Years

Job Summary:

We are looking for a courteous and well-presented Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers and will ensure smooth front-office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and redirect them to the concerned departments
  • Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes
  • Manage front desk operations and ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
  • Coordinate with internal teams for meeting room bookings and guest arrangements
  • Receive, sort, and distribute couriers and official documents
  • Assist with basic administrative tasks as assigned
  • Support HR and Admin teams with coordination and documentation when required

Requirements & Skills:

  • 1–3 years of experience as a Front Desk Executive or similar role
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Presentable, polite, and customer-oriented attitude
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)
  • Ability to multitask and handle pressure professionally
  • Punctual, organized, and attentive to detail

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
