Position Title: Front Desk Receptionist
Work Location: Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia
Employment Status: Full-Time
Position Summary
We are looking for a professional and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to oversee reception activities and provide general administrative assistance. The successful candidate will represent the company as the first point of contact, ensuring smooth front-office operations and a positive experience for visitors and staff.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Welcome guests and clients courteously, ensuring a professional first impression
Answer, screen, and direct phone calls and electronic correspondence
Manage daily front-desk operations and maintain an orderly reception area
Arrange meetings, manage calendars, and coordinate conference room usage
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, record keeping, and data entry
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, couriers, and deliveries
Register visitors, maintain entry records, and issue visitor passes
Provide administrative support to HR and office management as required
Candidate Requirements
Previous experience in a front office or receptionist role
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Presentable, courteous, and service-oriented personality
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and stay organized
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Trustworthy with sensitive and confidential information
