Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

We are looking for a Front Office Executive to join our clinic and be the first point of contact for patients. The ideal candidate should be polite, organized, and experienced in handling front-desk operations in a healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist patients in a professional and friendly manner
  • Patient registration and demographic data entry
  • Appointment scheduling and coordination
  • Handling phone calls, WhatsApp, and front desk inquiries
  • Insurance eligibility checking and prior authorization coordination
  • Billing support, cash/card collections, and receipt handling
  • Coordination with doctors, nurses, and internal departments
  • Maintaining patient records and front office documentation
  • Ensuring reception area cleanliness and proper organization

Requirements:

  • Previous experience as a Front Office Executive / Receptionist in a clinic or hospital (preferred)
  • Knowledge of insurance processes (DHA / MOH / private insurance) is an advantage
  • Good communication skills in English (Arabic / Hindi / Malayalam is a plus)
  • Basic computer skills (EMR, MS Office, email handling)
  • Presentable appearance and patient-friendly attitude
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
