Job Purpose
The Front Desk Administrator will serve as the first point of contact for visitors and customers at our facility. The role requires an individual with strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills to efficiently handle day-to-day administrative tasks. The successful candidate will be responsible for serving as the first point of contact for visitors managing customer coding, updating customers' data, assisting customers with inquiries, making reports, and ensuring the front office runs smoothly.
