Front Desk Receptionist

Job Overview

We are seeking a professional and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. This role is vital in creating a welcoming environment for clients and visitors while efficiently managing administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and proficiency with office management tools. Duties

· Greeting clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner, ensuring a positive first impression

· Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately

· Schedule appointments and manage calendar appointments using office management software

· Handle data entry, filing, and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other relevant tools

· Process payments

· Assist with administrative tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files

· Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally

· Maintain a clean and organized reception area to promote a welcoming environment

· Skills

· Proven experience in office administrative roles, preferably as a receptionist or personal assistant

· Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), Google Workspace, and data entry skills

· Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and excellent phone etiquette

· Bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele effectively

· Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment

· Strong attention to detail for proofreading, data accuracy, and filing systems

· Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor and professional appearance

· Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines

Pay: Minium Wage

Hours: Part-time 20 to 25 hours per week

Days: Tuesday – Thursday Noon to 4:00 PM

Friday 1: 00 PM to 6:00 PM

Occasional extra hours on Tuesday
