Front Desk Receptionist

Front Desk Receptionist for Immediate Hire

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Welcoming guests, answering inquiries, and providing information.
  • Administration: Managing correspondence (emails, mail), scheduling, data entry, and filing.
  • Front Office Operations: Handling check-ins/check-outs, managing bookings
  • Communication: Acting as a liaison between guests/clients and staff, including security.
  • Maintenance: Keeping the lobby, waiting, and reception areas clean and organized.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service abilities.
  • Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) and office equipment (printers, phone systems).
  • Experience: Previous experience in hospitality, customer service, or administrative roles is often preferred.
