Healing Solutions Inc. is hiring for a Part Time Front Desk Customer Care Specialist (CCS) to start immediately.

Job Responsibilities to Start include:
· Closing the office in the evening for team members
· Opening the office in the Morning for team members and clients
· Checking clients in and out and processing payments
· Scheduling client’s appointments
· Inputting Product sales
· Writing / Sending out postcards
· Answering Phone
· Prepping and handing out Client Bags
· Doing Laundry in house
· Helping set up for events in house
· Checking in guests for events
· Preparing clients for Sauna Sessions (turning sauna on, and explaining how it works)
· Prepping and performing Foot Detox Sessions with Clients (setting up water, checking on client, and dumping water out after, cleaning all equipment, as well as explaining to client what is seen.)
· Attending and working Marketing Events, Team Meetings and Team Events
· Light Cleaning of the office
Qualifications:
- 1-2 years previous experience as a receptionist or administrative assistant
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle inquiries in a professional manner
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Sales/ Communication skills
