Front Desk Receptionist

Job Description:

  • Responsible for managing front desk operations.
  • Managing the reception area, directing visitors to appropriate personnel, and maintaining a tidy and professional environment.
  • Greeting visitors, answering phone calls, managing emails, and coordinating appointments.

Qualification:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with visitors, clients, and colleagues.
  • Strong customer service skills to effectively handle inquiries
  • Proficiency in basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office suite)
  • Have experience with MS Word, MS Excel, and office usage software.
  • Excellent English interpersonal and communication skills.
