Front Desk Receptionist

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and professional Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community and ensure a smooth experience for residents, families, and visitors.

Responsibilities

  • Greet residents, families, and guests with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct incoming calls; take messages accurately and relay information promptly.
  • Assist visitors with check-in procedures and guide them to appropriate locations within the community.
  • Coordinate front desk duties, including mail distribution, package handling, and maintaining visitor logs.
  • Support administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, copying, and scheduling appointments.
  • Communicate effectively with staff and management to support daily operations.
  • Maintain confidentiality of resident and staff information at all times.
  • Monitor front lobby and common areas to ensure they remain clean, welcoming, and secure.
  • Assist with special events, tours, and community activities as needed.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional administrative training a plus.
  • Previous experience in reception, hospitality, or customer service preferred—ideally in senior living or healthcare.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic office equipment.
  • A compassionate attitude and genuine interest in serving older adults.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.33 - $25.10 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
