Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support and ensuring smooth office operations. This role requires excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Duties

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Answer phone calls, and emails, manage inquiries, and direct calls to appropriate personnel.
  • Maintain an organized front desk area and ensure all office supplies are stocked.
  • Manage calendars, schedule reservations.
  • Perform clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation.
  • Proofread documents for accuracy before distribution or filing.
  • Assist with office management duties to ensure efficient operation of the workplace.
  • Provide customer support by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.

Skills

  • Strong time management abilities to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in computer skills.
  • Excellent phone etiquette to communicate professionally with clients and colleagues.
