Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced forex trading environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, calls, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
  • Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming office environment.
  • Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries.
  • Maintain basic records, visitor logs, and office documentation.
  • Support administrative tasks and assist HR or management when required.
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with clients.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (preferably in finance or corporate environment).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
  • Preferable Moroccan or Russian language speaker
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced office environment.
