Job Summary:
We are looking for a professional and well-presented Receptionist to manage front desk operations and provide administrative support in a fast-paced forex trading environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling visitors, calls, and assisting with day-to-day office coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, clients, and business partners professionally.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain the front desk area and ensure a welcoming office environment.
- Manage meeting room bookings and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, courier services, and deliveries.
- Maintain basic records, visitor logs, and office documentation.
- Support administrative tasks and assist HR or management when required.
- Ensure confidentiality and professionalism while interacting with clients.
Requirements:
- 1–2 years of experience as a receptionist or front desk executive (preferably in finance or corporate environment).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional appearance and customer-service attitude.
- Preferable Moroccan or Russian language speaker
- Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced office environment.
