Front Desk Receptionist

Job description:

Choice Home Remodeling is a growing, family-owned company based in New Holland, PA seeking a Receptionists/Administrative Assistants for our Kitchen/Bath Showroom. We are looking for a warm/welcoming individual to greet customers as well as assist the department where needed.

Hours: 9a-5p Monday thru Friday, (1) 9a-1p Saturday roughly every 6 weeks

Compensation: Hourly based on experience.

Responsibilities include:

  • Answering phones in a friendly manor
  • Greeting customers in-person at the front desk
  • Filing paperwork electronically
  • Accepting payments
  • Providing information and assistance to other departments as needed
  • Aiding in showroom organization and cleanliness
  • Distributing leads to salesmen
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Preparing invoices

The candidate should enjoy working with and serving others, professional in appearance, tactful, courteous, and responsive.

Requirements include:

  • Must be warm and welcoming with professional appearance
  • Must be comfortable with a high energy and fast paced work environment
  • Knowledge of administrative and clerical procedures required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Must be well organized
  • Excellent communication and social skills
  • Positive, upbeat, and courteous
  • Willing to be involved and help wherever help is needed
  • Administrative experience is a plus
