Job description:Choice Home Remodeling is a growing, family-owned company based in New Holland, PA seeking a Receptionists/Administrative Assistants for our Kitchen/Bath Showroom. Choice Home Remodeling is a growing, family-owned company based in New Holland, PA seeking a Design Coordinator . We are looking for an individual to work alongside our Kitchen &amp; Bath designers to facilitate the day-to-day functions of the overall needs of the department.Hours: 9a-5p Monday thru Friday, (1) 9a-1p Saturday roughly every 6 weeksCompensation: Hourly based on experience.Duties:-Assisting the designers with various tasks including proposal revisions, pulling appliance specifications and quoting/ordering product -Maintain extremely well-organized files and calendar at all times -Answer the phone in a friendly manner and take accurate messages -Deliver or pick up materials or samples -Respond to issues brought up by customers, designers, and others with respect, kindness, and in an appropriate and timely manner -Work as a team with fellow employees to ensure the customer receives the best service possible.The ideal candidate would have some experience in kitchen &amp; bath design and construction, but we are willing to train. The candidate must be a quick learner who thrives in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle multi-tasking with considerable detail orientation.
