Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties
- Greet visitors warmly and direct them appropriately, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, take messages, and route inquiries efficiently.
- Maintain appointment calendars, schedules and patients flow withclinical staff.
- Handle data entry tasks using EMR system, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office software with accuracy and speed.
- Support clerical duties including filing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
- Assist with office management tasks such as ordering supplies, organizing files, and maintaining a tidy reception area.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally in person or over the phone.
- Perform general administrative support including typing reports, managing office emails, and supporting personal assistant functions as required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a medical office or proven experience in office management, clerical work, or as a receptionist in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel), Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar), and basic data entry.
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience handling multi-line phone systems and providing customer support.
- Bilingual abilities are essential to serve diverse client needs effectively.
- Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently and manage time effectively.
- Previous experience in medical or dental reception is a plus but not required; relevant administrative or customer service experience is valued equally.
- Knowledge of EMR systems software such as eClinicalWorks is a high plus but not mandatory.
