Front Desk Receptionist

Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our organization. Duties

  • Greet visitors, clients, and staff with a warm, professional demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to promptly
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently, directing inquiries to appropriate departments or personnel
  • Maintain accurate data entry and filing systems, including document proofreading and record keeping
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools for scheduling, correspondence, and document creation
  • Support office management tasks such as calendar management, appointment setting, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks or similar software
  • Assist with clerical duties including photocopying, faxing, mailing, and organizing files to keep the office running smoothly
  • Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries with patience and professionalism while maintaining proper phone etiquette

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar)
  • Prior experience working as a receptionist in a medical or dental office is highly desirable
  • Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clientele
  • Strong typing skills and attention to detail for data entry and proofreading tasks
  • Familiarity with multi-line phone systems and office management software such as QuickBooks or bookkeeping tools
  • Exceptional customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette
  • Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while multitasking seamlessly
