Your responsibilities will encompass the following key areas:
Front Desk Management:

Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.

Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.

Handle incoming calls, direct them to the appropriate departments, and take accurate messages.
Administrative Support:

Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, mail, and courier).

Schedule meetings and coordinate meeting room bookings.

Assist with basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document control.
Coordination & Communication:

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth office operations.

Handle visitor logs and maintain records as required.

Support HR or Admin team with onboarding arrangements when needed.
Customer Service:

Provide accurate information to visitors and callers regarding the company.

Handle inquiries and direct them appropriately in a timely manner.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality at all times.
To excel in this role, candidates should possess the following qualifications and attributes:

Bachelor’s degree (preferred).

0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

Presentable with strong communication skills.
