Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time) – Weekends Required
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent service and ensuring smooth front desk operations.
This is a full-time position, primarily for second and third shifts, with weekend availability required.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate staff.
- Oversee the hotel’s front desk, ensuring a clean, safe, and presentable environment.
- Perform administrative tasks accurately and efficiently.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently.
- Assist with light housekeeping duties, including laundry cleaning.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in computerized systems and office software.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with phone systems and the ability to handle high call volumes.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

- Schedule: 8-hour shifts (second and third shifts)
